LifeCrossroads
The LifeCrossroads program serves as the model community partnership for
building other partnerships around the state of Texas. The community
coalition to improve end-of-life care in Wichita Falls includes ten
partnering organizations all working together for positive impact on care
for the people with terminal illness. The focus of the program is
education for healthcare professionals and for the community with regard
to their end-of-life care choices.
